​Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in Belgium, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the withdrawal period by email or through our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by law, but this is not mandatory.

Returning Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund of the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs (if applicable), via the same payment method used for the order.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may wait until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return—whichever comes first.
